Kieran Lee

Kieran Lee is a PhD student in the Consciousness and Cognition Laboratory, University of Cambridge. His research is primarily focused on neurological and behavioural changes in patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnoea (OSA) before and after treatment, with other lines of work including OSA service accessibility improvement, personality traits related to drowsiness resilience and effects of opioid medication on OSA treatment.

Previously Kieran has studied for an BSc in Psychology and the University of Stirling, before working in the Sleep Centre at Royal Papworth Hospital on the EU horizon 2020 project Track and Know. More recently Kieran has worked as project manager for OPRI on the ongoing MAGNIFY trial, assessing if a technological adherence support package can improve COPD outcomes.

Kieran is a co-author of a paper published in the International Journal of Cartography, has published several conference abstracts from various UK and international conferences and has appeared on ITV’s Evening News to discuss his research as part of the programmes sleep series.
